Christmas is always a difficult time for women experiencing domestic abuse. If you follow me on any one of my social media platforms, I’m sure you’ll know by now that I manage a refuge in London. I’ve been working tirelessly for 3 years now to help women break free from abusive cycles and to empower them to move on. I’ve seen so many horrific cases turn into situations to be celebrated.
