This weekend I put up this image below on how to make a mean Mango Lassi on my Insta Story and the response was phenomenal. So many of you were loving it so I thought I’d feature it on my blog too.
Mango Lassi is an Indian Mango milkshake. It’s super easy to make and is really really refreshing on a hot summer’s day.
🔸 Half tin of mango pulp
🔸 2 tablespoons of yoghurt
🔸 1 glass of full fat milk
🔸 3 tablespoons of sugar
🔸 Water as required (to make it thinner)
🔸 Pinch of cardamom powder (optional)
🔸 Few drops of lemon juice (optional)
Blend together all the ingredients, including the ice so it’s crushed as opposed to cubes. Pour into glasses and enjoy 🙂
