Winter Ice Canary Wharf Review

One of my favourite places in London is Canary Wharf (probably why I chose to get married there!). Truly though, there is always something fun on and this weekend was no exception. From 17th-19th November Canary Wharf are putting on cute little day out for anyone looking for something free to do in London.

There is a trail of ice sculptures around Canary Wharf and you can watch incredibly talented live sculptors at work. The angel with a 6 pack had to be my favourite but each and every one had people gathering round and looking on in awe.

The best part was being able to have a go at sculpting a block of ice ourselves. We were given some gloves, a chisel and 20 mins to work our magic. It is on a first come first served basis and the recommended age is 12 years old. However younger children could still take part with the guidance of an adult. The staff are super friendly and offer to take photos and videos of you at work. I have to say it’s MUCH harder than it looks!

If you have the time then you have to check it out!

When: 17th-19th November 2022
