Generally I’m not a huge fan of summer, this includes summer clothing that fills the shops. I like to dress modestly...most of the time!...and with so many hot pants and vest tops filling the shelves, it’s difficult to style them without baring all.
Today’s post isn’t actually today’s outfit but as it’s so dull and dreary outside I decided to post a sunny outfit post.
I have to say, as hard as I try to stay away from fast fashion, I find it increasingly impossible; especially when places like forever 21 have must-have attire in their stores. As soon as I saw this jumpsuit, I had to have it and at just under £20 it would’ve been a crime to put it down.

Despite the sunshine, it was still chilly outside so I wore this Kimono style cardigan (H&M). The shape of the cardigan evens out my smaller top half giving me an evened out silhouette.
Floppy hats are great for old school glam. This one from Miss Selfridge is one of my favourite hats. I still need to invest in some hat pins to stop it from flying away but that doesn’t stop me from wearing it!
