The team behind Pop Brixton and Peckham Levels has gone east (finally!) and opened Hackney Bridge on the canal in Hackney Wick. The development includes studios, retails units, and space for markets, bars and restaurants – the Hackney Bridge Kitchens, a street food hall with nine local traders and a bar is slated for August – but for al fresco socialising season, there’s a big courtyard that’s open now.
If street food is your thing, you’re in luck because you’ll be able to choose from a variety of some of London’s favourite traders taking up residency in the courtyard; from Neapolitan pizzas, fresh pasta, stuffed tacos, Filipino BBQs, salt beef bagels, fish burgers and more!
