The Dorchester has launched its first ever alfresco rooftop. Opening on 12 April, just in time to celebrate the hotel’s 90th year on 20 April, the exclusive alfresco space makes the most of the longer days and sunsets across Hyde Park with culinary pop-ups overseen by executive chef Mario Perera and featuring The Dorchester’s talented chefs. The also have their beautiful garden globes reopening, offering a unique dining experience for you and up to four friends. Enjoy a three-course lunch or dinner in the privacy of your own globe, set beneath their famous plane tree in The Spring Garden. Inside you’ll find plush cushions and cashmere and merino blankets for chillier evenings. Terrace umbrellas, heaters and blankets will be available. Sounds divine tbh.
Reservations only. Be warned, minimum spend of £60pp for the rooftop. The Dorchester also has two private garden globes in its Spring Garden (booking required) and The Dorchester Terrace & Garden on the forecourt (walk-ins only).
