London is getting a brand new, unique experience modelled after a gameshow studio where you can live out your childhood dreams of watching Saturday night gameshows and screaming answers at the telly. What’s the experience called you ask? Yep, you guessed it Gameshow Studios.
Launching in the spring of next year, this immersive experience will have you and a few friends form a team (of 2-6) who will then become gameshow contestants for the night. Each team will be competing in a series of challenges spanning “general knowledge, memory, mental dexterity and even luck”.
They’ll even have ‘The Green Room’, where you can drink up and discuss size up the competition. You’ll then be ushered onto the set, which will be dressed up like an actual TV studio, complete with stage lighting and a huge gameshow stage.
Taking a seat in one of the booths, you’ll get to play along on the gaming table (which also lets you order food) as the hosts gets you through the rounds, keeps you on the clock, and calls out the leaderboard. It’s giving me Hijingo vibes and you know what, I’m here for it!
