Earlier this year, H&M showed off their A/W collection in the Rodin Museum, Paris. Chic chiffons, sequins, capes and faux furs were all included in the line-up and now the collection has finally hit the stores. Almost Black-Navy and Nudes (my two favourite colours!) are all big in their autumn collection.
You might have gathered from my last post that I am obsessed with the colour nude and of course embellishment, so naturally when I walked into H&M yesterday and saw the dress on the left in the picture above, my heart skipped a beat.
It’s a beautiful drop hem chiffon dress, with long sleeves and a high neck. The embellishment isn’t too ‘in your face’ and really finishes the dress off. Being almost 5″5 (rounding up is always good!) the back of the dress is floor length and the front is mid thigh. The only downside is that it is completely see-through so I will need to go in search of a slip before I can actually wear it.
The dress also comes in a vibrant red. I did see this in store however I’m not a fan of the colour red on me so I did have to walk straight past it.
Whilst looking for images for this post I saw that Miss Delevigne had also worn the same dress at the unveiling of the collection! If it’s good enough of for Cara Delevigne, it’s definitely good enough for me!
What’s your favourite H&M piece from their Autumn collection? What colour are you obsessed with wearing?
