LANEIGE are known mostly for their lip mask. When it comes to hydrated lips, they’re one of the best in the game so naturally when I was sent the LANEIGE Water Bank Blue Hyaluronic Cleansing Foam to try out, I was thrilled.
What makes the LANEIGE Water Bank Blue Hyaluronic Cleansing Foam a good one?
This cleanser boasts a unique formula packed with hydrating heroes:

My thoughts:
The product comes in a pastel blue tube. The packaging style is aesthetic in a Gen Z minimalism type of way. It’s cute – I like it.
The cleansing foam is creamy and has a soapy fragrance. I generally don’t like fragrances in cleansers but this one isn’t too overpowering and it grew on me. It also lathers really quickly which I love. In the past I stayed away from foaming cleansers because of misinformation but I genuinely love how this product does exactly what it says on the tin tube. It takes off any residue of makeup I may have left and cleans my face really well whilst washing off without leaving a residue. My favourite part though is that my skin is not left feeling tight or dry. It feels clean without feeling stripped. My skin barrier is honestly thanking me for trying out the LANEIGE Water Bank Blue Hyaluronic Cleansing Foam.
Price wise, I’m not going to lie to you, it is one of the more expensive cleansers in my bathroom cabinet. Although, one of the saving graces is that it really does last a long time. You only need a tiny bit for it lather up and considering now that both me and my husband are using this one cleanser, it has still lasted us both months.
Did it make any difference to my skin tone or texture? I would say I’ve been using this cleanser for about 6 months now and with consistent use it has really helped with texture and congestion around my nose. I can tell immediately when I haven’t used the cleanser in a few days. Laneige have included papain enzymes that exfoliate and dissolve dead skin cells and you know what, it checks out.
Would I recommend it? Honestly yes, especially if you have dry or sensitive skin, it will work great. If you have textured skin and/or are acne prone, I’d also recommend it too
Would I repurchase? Without a doubt.
