Elemis Papaya Enzyme Peel Review

If there is one brand that I would swear by, it would have to be Elemis. My sister was a hardcore fan whilst I was growing up and so naturally, it was one of the first brands that I tried and I have to say, no matter how many times I’m woo-ed by something new, I keep going back to them. They’re affordable, quality products and easily accessible as they’re stocked in most places including, Harrods, John Lewis, Debenhams and even ASOS.

The Papaya Enzyme peel is not exactly what it seems. It’s more of a wash-off face mask/cream rather than a peel. The consistency is soft and cool, similar to that of a good moisturizer. It is designed to gently exfoliate, purify and regenerate tired or sensitive skin whilst conditioning it. The idea is to gently remove dead skin cells without the irritation that can be caused by the usual grainy exfoliators, thus this product is ideal for those of you, who like me, have sensitive skin.

It has an amazing tropical fruity smell which is light and not overpowering. What’s more, is that it leaves your skin feeling moisturised. I have combination skin and when I’m having those oily days, I worry about moisturising. because I feel it’s too much, however this product is perf for those days.

My skin is left feeling clean, fresh and moisturised; no weird tightness of the face feeling either!

I would definitely recommend that you invest in this product; it’s fantastic for exfoliating without potentially damaging your skin. After a few uses, you will notice your skin looking brighter and will feel extremely clean and moisturised; even after the first use!

Have you ever tried Elemis products? What did you think?
