Easy Double Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe

This recipe is extremely easy and make the yummiest cookies in half an hour! It’s great to do with children and even better to eat for grown ups!


250g softened butter

50g castor sugar

115g light muscavado sugar

200g self raising flour

175g porridge oats

150g milk chocolate

150g white chocolate

The Ingredients!

Beat the butter and the two types of sugar until the mixture is light and fluffy.

 Stir in the flour and oats

Stir in the chocolate

Shape the mixture into 20 rough balls


Bake at 180C/350F (Gas mark 4) for 15-20 mins
